We have placed this detail above all our other conditions because it is the most important (although there is also a link to it below). The platform Exclulive.com It is open only to adult users who have reached the age of 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (the "Age of Majority"). The terms "minors", "juvenile" and "child" used in this document refer to any person who has not reached the age of majority, and the terms "adult" and "adults" refer to any person who has reached the age of majority. Our zero tolerance policy towards persons who have not yet reached the age of majority applies to anyone who, in our opinion, at our sole discretion, may give viewers the false impression that such a person has not yet reached the age of majority, whether intentionally (for example, using makeup, clothing, room decor, filters / camera applications and/or automation) or unintentionally. Moreover, we have zero tolerance for any attempts on or through the platform to discuss or exploit anyone who is under the age of majority, whether during a broadcast or through images, text, discussions, external links or otherwise. As mentioned above, we reserve the right to report any suspected use of child exploitation materials to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and any other law enforcement agencies that we deem appropriate. We strongly ask and encourage users of the platform to report anyone who potentially exploits or endangers children. Let us know immediately if:

You identify a potential minor in broadcasts, videos, or images, regardless of the context.;
Any person suggests or seeks to participate in a juvenile role-playing game, commonly referred to as an "age game" in which one or more adults play the role of minors; or
Any person offers to share, seeks to receive, or actually shares content containing minors, whether through the Platform or otherwise.
All reports will be dealt with as soon as possible, but if you suspect that someone may be in immediate danger, please also contact the local authorities. As for all other issues, we use an online platform and do not produce or present video broadcasts. We accept only those rules that we consider necessary to comply with the law, community standards, and ensure the safety of our users.
Platform
The Platform (as defined below) is an online platform that provides social media capabilities, including both text and video chat, through which users accessing the Platform (each of whom is a "Community Member") can create online audio, video, interactive and live content and share it with by other members of the Community, which may include, at least, ensuring the choice of a community member, adult content. Community members who have provided sufficient documentation or information may stream their live video through the Platform subject to the minimum restrictions set out in these Terms and Conditions, which have been put into effect in accordance with applicable laws, community standards, and for the safety of Community members. In accordance with the requirements of security and legality, Community members can create and broadcast (or not broadcast) broadcasts as they determine and set their own rules for other Community members watching their broadcasts. Community members are also free to use other video streaming platforms at different times or at the same time when such community members use our Platform, provided that the provision below is that community members may not promote or advertise any organization, product, service, or website through the Platform., which provide live video streaming content.

INTRODUCTION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
When you access the Platform, you understand that you may see and/or receive messages, both requested and unwanted, containing graphic images of nudity, naked genitals, and adults engaged in explicit sexual activity consisting of adults of different genders, adults of the same sex, and sexual acts involving more than 2 adults. By accessing and/or using the Platform, you expressly confirm that you have reached the age of majority and wish to view adult content on your own. By accessing the social media platform for interactive video chat located at Exclulive.com (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), these terms and conditions, including but not limited to sections 1 and 2 above (these "Terms"), constitute a binding agreement between you ("you") and Exclusive Live, LLC (the "Company").) regarding your use of the Platform. If you do not agree to comply with these Terms, you must immediately leave the Platform and not log on to the Platform for any reason. There is no charge for accessing the Platform and viewing content.; However, to access some of the Platform's features, community members will need to create an account (as defined below).
Community members who have the right to receive tokens on their account from other Community members are referred to as "Independent Broadcasters" in these Terms and Conditions. In these Terms and Conditions, the use of phrases such as "we", "our", "us" or other relevant first-person expressions refers to the Company. The use of the terms "you" or "your" refers, depending on the context, to you, a member of the Community, or an independent broadcaster who has access to or uses the Platform. By accessing and/or using the Platform, you agree to comply with the Terms.
THE ACCESS OF MINORS AND THEIR EXPLOITATION IS PROHIBITED.
This platform is intended for adults only. As stated in section 1 above, you must be at least the age of majority to access and use the Platform. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY, YOU MUST LEAVE THE PLATFORM IMMEDIATELY. By accessing and/or using the Platform, you agree that you have reached the age of majority and acknowledge that we have the sole and absolute right to terminate your account if we believe that you are violating this requirement. If we find that you are violating this requirement to reach the age of majority, we will report you to law enforcement agencies.
Reporting by law enforcement agencies. We reserve the right to report alleged violations of the Platform's minimum age requirements and act accordingly to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children ("NCMEC") and any law enforcement and other organizations that we deem appropriate, at our sole discretion. If you believe that a minor has gained access to the Platform, you should immediately inform us at admin@exclulive.com .
